GUM PASTE AND FONDANT CLASS

Well...one more down. I just finished my final class and Jeremy helped so much I brought him to the final class. I think I'm ready to quit my day job now and make gum paste carnations for the rest of my life. It's very therapeutic.

I really am starting to enjoy the scrapbooking thing. When I went to class at Hershey they were stressing how it was creating a personal family history that you would pass on. For some reason that really struck a cord with me. I hope the boys and their kids and grandkids are looking at these years from now.

Jason got a mohawk...and a red one at that.
