Jason has a big boy room now. No more toddler bed for the littlest Hofer boy. He loves it and is using it as a trampoline as well.

The boys had a great Christmas. I don't think even they expected everything they got. The train set turned out to be a big hit with both boys and definately wins the award for loudest present. Hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday.

Today was Jason's Christmas program. He made it through 2 whole songs before he became too shy and needed mommy. I'm just glad I work close enough to go to these things.

And now we have the perfect Hofer Christmas Tree.

Then we had to decorate the tree.

First we had to hunt the tree down and bring it home.

This morning the boys had fun making cookies. The red icing didn't quite come out right and Michael's request for plain sugar cookies wasn't heard...but they had a great time with the sprinkles and M&Ms.

Well, last night was the AOC ITO Christmas party. We had a great time. The food was good (Italian) and we stuck with the chicken parm. I'm just not daring enough to order filet or broiled fish at an Italian restaurant, and honestly ours looked the best. We danced and had a really good time.

The boys really seemed to enjoy the snow yesterday. I think they enjoyed the hot chocolate with marshmallows more though. We're supposed to get another 3 - 5 inches tonight and Michael is hoping for no work. Although given Jeremy's strike it would have to be a state of emergency for school to be cancelled.
