Jeremy's Last Round of Chemo

Who said we'd never get there. He's actually in pretty good spirits and it's just so hard to believe we're finally here. We decked out his room, ordered personalized M&Ms, had pins made and are having the staff sign a shirt. Monday he comes home and no more making him sick. He's been so brave and handled himself with such dignity. We're all so proud of him.
