Halloween 2005

Well, we have survived another school parade, another mischief night (remarkably quiet), and another year of Jason explaining to everyone that he DOESN'T LIKE MASKS. He has taken up a certain obsession with reading "Hallow Weiner" by Dave Pilkey...but that's to be expected given that Jeremy is such a big fan of "Captain Underpants" (another Dave Pilkey creation).

The boys did go trick or treating though. I think Jason really got into it for the first time. And Jeremy did an excellent job of teaching his little brother the proper etiquette. Neither boy knows what to eat first.

Jeremy's school is still on strike so he's struggling with a dryer that doesn't quite dry as quick as he would like, but all in all he's taking to domesticity pretty well. I think he's looking forward to the strike being over.
